The Bo Peep platform / Proprietary infrastructure

People, quality and strong foundations.

Bo Peep combines hands-on early years education with two fully operational, internally developed platforms already in use at Brook Green. Together, they support consistent standards, leadership development and disciplined growth.

01 / People & leadership

Bo Peep Leadership Academy (BPLA)

Our operating framework for identifying, developing, assessing and progressing nursery professionals and future leaders.

  • Role-specific competencies and structured learning
  • Assessment, progression and leadership readiness
  • Continuous improvement and quality assurance
  • Repeatable capability development across future settings
02 / Systems & intelligence

Bo Peep Operating System (BPOS)

Our proprietary digital operating infrastructure, integrating management information, governance and operational controls.

  • Enquiries, sales and marketing oversight
  • Costs, revenues and operational performance
  • Training, certification and critical renewals
  • Compliance, inspections and management accountability

Both platforms are in active operational use. They underpin our expansion strategy and offer potential for future partnerships and licensing; external commercialisation is an ambition, not a claim of existing third-party adoption.

Infrastructure for growth / Governance

Evidence-led governance. Clear lines of accountability.

The Bo Peep Operating System and Leadership Academy operate within a structured governance framework. Setting-level managers gather primary operational information; a Governance Director critically reviews it; the Chief Operating Officer triangulates the evidence; and the Nominated Individual retains overarching strategic oversight without routine hands-on system input.

This separation of reporting, challenge, assurance and oversight is designed to strengthen consistency, support timely decisions and maintain accountability as the nursery business develops.
