IMA Group undertake several residential-led developments in and around the M25 region in order to achieve an equilibrium of the following three aims:
We carefully balance a blend of financial governance when developing to understand ergonomically what the end user looks for when selecting one of our developments.
That is how we create such fine homes for such value reflective pricing.
We allow choice for our buyers.
Examples of Intuitive Design
We cater for needs; life needs, not just the initial ‘look’ of the property. If it is a three bedroom house, we ensure the kitchens have more storage space, there is a separate storage cupboard, and we allow for an area for home working. We aim to provide fitted wardrobes, with mirrors pre-installed, we ensure all our bedrooms are doubles and we even make sure the lighting in the properties suit the end-user – and that is just the inside. Where we can, we try to create private, green spaces for end users to enjoy some fresh air either via a balcony or a terrace or where we can; a garden.
The right blend is what defines our brand.
For end-users we have two aims:
If we, the staff, wouldn’t live in it – then we wouldn’t design and build it. That is our acid test
